In all cases, the treatment is surgery. There are no oral medications, injections, or topical treatment options. It is also corrected when performing chordia hypospadias surgery. In other cases, plication surgery (Nesbit surgery, tunica albuginea plication surgery, 16 point plication surgery) is often performed in the presence of more than 15 degrees of curvature, which may cause difficulty in sexual intercourse. The principle of this surgery is to shorten the penile tissue called tunica albuginea in the convex part just opposite the concave part.
